week diary

did a basic food diary for 5 days to show Vanessa Vargas who is a registered dietitian at the Bend memorial clinic. She is going to do a triathlon nutrition talk with me for ZEN AND THE ART OF TRIATHLON and I decided this was easier than some program.

Friday


5:30 grape nuts, soy milk, coffee

WORKOUT: swim 1 hour

8:00 bagel/ chocolate milk, sunny D OJ

10:00 chicken and rice with peanut sauce made at home

1:00 Baldys BBQ pork sandwich

WORKOUT: run 1 hour

4:00 water with NUUN and then chicken with hot sauce ( other half of container)

6:00 two martini at Astro lounge....ITS FRIDAY

Thursday

5:00 cheerios and hand ful of gummy bears

WORKOUT: spin class at Juniper

7:30 power bar

1:00 burger and fries at restaurant in Hood river ( quality one not fast food)

6:30 3 quesidailla, beans and glass of wine

8:00 protein smoothie

WED


6:00 coffee and a smoothie ( yogurt ice cream, protein powder, peanut butter, flaxseed oil)

WORKOUT: 1 hour swim

7:30 chocolate milk and carbo pro

8:49 green tea

12:00 two slices of mondo pizza ( pepperoni)

2:00 Power bar

3:30 handful of carrots

6:30 Cile rellano, rice and beans, wine ( 2 glasses)

Tuesday








6:00 Cream of Wheat, coffee and toast with organic alond butter

7:00 multi vit with water

8:55 Handful of wheat thins

10:30 home made taquitos

noon NUUN water

WORKOUT: 1 hour and 45 minute ride with 15 minute run

1:00 powerbar during workout

2:30 post workout bean soup and choc milk

3:29 handful of almonds

5:30 chicken tacos and salad and wine

Monday







6 am 2 cups of coffee and bowl of Grape nuts with skim milk

8:43 Kashi bar ( water but thats everyday), Green tea, multi vitamin ( thats every day too)

9:15 handfull of almonds

10:05 cup of coffee

11:45 slice of pizza and some veggies

1:20 powerbar

2:52 almonds

5:30 Bean soup with tortilla

8:00 gummy bears


WORKOUT FOR DAY: no workout as rest day but rode bike to work ( 14 miles RT)
