





6 am 2 cups of coffee and bowl of Grape nuts with skim milk
8:43 Kashi bar ( water but thats everyday), Green tea, multi vitamin ( thats every day too)
9:15 handfull of almonds
10:05 cup of coffee
11:45 slice of pizza and some veggies
1:20 powerbar
2:52 almonds
5:30 Bean soup with tortilla
8:00 gummy bears
WORKOUT FOR DAY: no workout as rest day but rode bike to work ( 14 miles RT)
