5:30 grape nuts, soy milk, coffee

WORKOUT: swim 1 hour

8:00 bagel/ chocolate milk, sunny D OJ

10:00 chicken and rice with peanut sauce made at home

1:00 Baldys BBQ pork sandwich

WORKOUT: run 1 hour

4:00 water with NUUN and then chicken with hot sauce ( other half of container)

6:00 two martini at Astro lounge....ITS FRIDAY
